If you have problems accessing our Live
Help console, that might be because:
- You are using a popup blocker --
most popup blockers allow you to enable popups
for a site. In that case, do add leadingtraining.com
to your list of sites that are allowed to use
popup windows. This process might be different
based on the popup blocker you use -- and instructions
for your popup blocker can be found in the
help and/or documentation for that product.
- If you still have a problem, you might
have multiple popup blockers installed. That's
easy these days since so many extra browser
toolbars come with built-in popup blockers
and unknown to you, there might be more than
one popup blocker working on the system. You'll
have to permit all popup blockers to enable
leadingtraining.com
- Most of the time, you can override popup
blocking applications by Ctrl+clicking on the
Live Chat graphic -- do give that a try.
